YES TO COMMON LAW VEHICLE
REGISTRATION (UCLVR). <<
UPMART = United People
Movement Against R(repressive,regressive) Traffic Legislation.
Your RIGHT OF PRIVACY IS BEING VIOLATED by state Road Traffic Authorities.
We say:
NO to the release our Vehicle Rego details by RTA to multinationals
without our consent.
YES to state and federal legislations to protect our privacy.
YES to end Vehicle Rego monopoly.
YES to receiving a report every time our details are accessed by government
bodies, the police and other entities.
UPMART Common Law Vehicle registration
upholds your Right of privacy, Right of passage, Right to choose the
service provider of your choice and says no to the current vehicle registration
monopoly of state governments.
Perpetual Vehicle Registration (the benefit) for your vehicle. Would
you like to pay once only to register your vehicle? Would you like to
secure your right of privacy when traveling on our roads?
UPMART
members enjoy the ancient and entrenched right of passage and freedom of passage along the highways and by-ways of the lands
comprising the Commonwealth of Australia. We travel in our vehicles
that are registered pursuant to common law. Common Law Vehicle
Registration is one of our most sought after initiatives. Imagine,
paying a once-off rego fee that lasts forever!!
Imagine stopping your personal vehicle registration
data from being sold or made available to multi-nationals without your
consent. Your right of privacy and your right to travel anonymously
between the localities within your community are your human rights.
The competition has indeed arrived for state vehicle registration authorities!!
It is only a matter of time before this initiative is accepted as just
another competitor in the market place. The pioneers of common law vehicle
registration are living their rights in the face of a statutory system
that does not yet recognise its reality. It is only a matter of time
before the greater truth prevails.

MEDIA
RESPONSE TO UCLVR.
We at UPMART, have little motivation for presenting
ourselves to the popular media. We prefer smaller publications and community
radios. Most of our members know that the popular media is
corrupt and that it will never let a lie stand in the way of a good
story. However a statement in response to this media publicity is fitting..The
following statement was read out by me on radio 2UE news on Thur 25
Nov 2004. Not much time was given to me, but the statement makes its
point. This statement may be memorised and quoted by members .

Human Rights and registration .
"
The human rights at the foundation of the UPMART initiative of vehicle
registration include but are not limited to right of passage, right
of privacy, right of free choice, right of self defence, constitutional
rights per s92, s116, s117, right of political protest (s51-35) against
bad laws surrounding vehicle registration, which protest is lawful pursuant
to:
s51-35 of Australia's Federal Constitution,
s 28 of the Federal Crimes Act 1914, and
common law and natural law rights of protest.
Common law vehicle registration is a political protest against bad vehicle registration laws, and for that purpose it purports to be nothing other than what
it says to be, i.e. vehicles registered at common law . Common law is
real law in Australia. Common law exists and is used daily within all
the courts, and by police.
Of course the R.T.A. will say political protests and common law registration is not recognised
because we are competition to the monopoly of the RTA. The High Cout in the case of Levi v. State of Victoria 1992 confirmed we have an implied constitutional right of freedom of communication on government and political matters, and upheld that such politial protest also includes action.
Of course the magistrates courts will uphold existing statutory systems
& statute laws and will not hear our arguments at common law, natural
law and the Australian Constitution, because magistrates' courts are
stipendiary courts that must uphold the system. Magistrate's courts
are courts of procedure, not courts of justice. Magistrates courts do
not have jurisdiction in the truth, they have jurisdiction in legal
fiction.(see Mabo v Queensland (No 2 1992 175 CLR 1; 107 ALR 1.)
By oppressing us and denying us our rights
the government has opened the door to original solutions from the public.
We are that solution. We exist as a response to corruption and denial
of our rights by governments and police.

We have witnessed you facing and enduring and continuing to face and
endure great hardships unlike any other industry ...Road Tolls, truck

costs, no sleep and much much more.
You have done well to survive the tyranny of government legislation

months away, can you hold on for that long till the cheaper fuel comes?
Are you facing financial problems? Do you need assistance?
Would you like to make a profit in your business? Would these solutions

Commentary on Step 2 Vehicle Registration.
The CLVR initiative is lived by our members as an example
of the power and scope of the application of common law and its many
tools. Common law is foundation law. If our current political, legal
and financial systems were to collapse overnight, common law
is what would remain, and the common law initiatives of UPMART
would continue uninterrupted.
CLVR is the most conroversial of all our initiatives. It is a true
test of courage of conviction, endurance of conviction and faith. Many
pioneers have passed the test. These days we don't allow just
anyone to have their vehicle registered at common law. These days, we
have lowered the bar and permit dual registration. That is, you can
register you vehicle with RTA as well as at common law. This
takes the pressure off
It is known to users of the VR kits that the systems of governments,
courts, police and the popular media increasingly serve the interests
of multinationals, big business or the new world order. At present the state statutory system will not recognise common
law vehicle registration and for this reason the users of the kits,
must necessarily have some training in law and must have the courage
of their convictions, endurance of their convictions and faith
to live their rights that they seek to exercise. Use of CLVR
kits may involve users being challenged by police regarding
their vehicle registration and being charged with driving an unregistered
vehicle and thereafter facing fines in court. In the face of
these conditions and despite the many impositions of the "system",
which includes the biased popular media, many hundreds
of members have demonstrated courage and endurance of their convictions
and continue to exercise their right to register their vehicle(s)
at common law and continue to drive those vehicles in the knowledge
that they are exercising their rights, such as their right
of passage.
As a consequence of our members living their rights by using
CLVR the evil of individuals within our system has been exposed. The
true colours of the corrupt nature of particular persons who
hold positions of responsibiliy within our legal and law enformcement
system can be seen. If you want to test the maturity of any political
system, simply live an inalienable human right within that system.
Especially try living a human right which right has been compromised
by Multinational corporations. (eg right of passage vs multinational
road tolls). It is only then that you will begin to see and expericne
how far down the track of autocracy we have reached.
Vehicle registration is a summary matter which is generally punishable
by way of fine. Registration is, when all is said and done, a minor
matter. CLVR Registration is not theft, assault,
larceny, lying politicians, fraud or any other such criminal act. At
most it can only be an allegation of a vehicle not being registered. Yet, from the reaction of the police, the courts and the media,
you would be forgiven if you developed the view that an allegation of
driving an unregistered vehicle was a criminal offence of the most heinous and diabolical kind.
The driver of an "ordinary" unregistered vehicle might attract
the attention of a police officer who may issue a fine, however
the driver of an UPMART "unregistered" vehicle is discriminated
against. In NSW, we have seen grandmothers set upon by up to
8 police cars and 14 police, that converged upon the defenceless
driver in only minutes! You cannot get 7 police cars to attend a
crime such as a burglary, yet with great zeal police set upon peaceful people who have simply registered their vehicles at
common law. Problems of the severity and type that are described as
follows, and that no longer appear, or at least none have been
reported to our head office for many months (as at Dec 15 2004). No instances, apart from the occasional seizure of plates, have
been reported for a relatively long time. I guess the word has
got around the police and the matter have settled down to a routine. But this change of response in no way excuses what the police did to
the pioneers. The earlier criminal deeds of the police shall be subject
to criminal prosecutions. In the early days it was apparent that
the police and the media confused UPMART with one or other of the secessionist groups such as the principality of Caledonia or the principality of
Camside. UPMART is not a secessionist
group.
Thus far we hold to the view that evolution is better than revolution.
We believe we have a pretty good constitution and legal system, but
that it has been hijacked by corrupt forces and people and is being
used to serve the agenda of a one world government or multinationals.
The grandmothers we are referring to were bashed by the police. The
grandmothers cars were smashed and severely
damaged which in one case resulted in thousands of dollars worth of
damage. In one case a grandmother was punched by police, dragged from her car and dragged to the ground. One grandmother had her arm broken by the police and another was relentlessly abused. Many other
grandmothers have been similarly assaulted, abused or otherwise had
their rights violated by the police in Vic, NSW and Qld. As
Shakespeare said "Me thinketh thou doest protest too much" Why are the police and the system violently
discriminating against us, whilst leaving other unregistered vehicle drivers with a fine. Why does the media not tell the whole
story. Why does the media protect the police and the system.
CLVR is an issue of potential focus for the media. The simplistic public simply follow the simplistic media view. The public are well
trained. Only a minor percentage of the public actually have capacity
to research for themselves and come to their own opinion regarding the issues surrounding CLVR. Only a few realise that generally,
in contemporary times, the truth exists in the opposite view
of what the media says.
I would have preferred that the media also focus their attention on
other important matters such as the violation of our rights by courts
and police, but, the media is the media. The media never lets a lie
stand in the way of a good story. Person(s) Presiding in courts will
not let the need for justice and a fair hearing stand in the way of
multinational needs for money and control over the population, no matter
what abuse of human rights is before them.
