PROCEDURE TO BECOME AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF UPMART

  1. Attend a Step 1 Freedom Seminar to learn about UPMART.
Obtain an UPMART order form from the meeting or download the order form from here.
  2. Order an UPMART membership kit ($20) from the UPMART order form
  3. Many members then immediately avail themselves of the UPMART initiatives such as Common Law Vehicle Registration and Common Law driving licenses, however, we recomend that before you use the initiatives that you complete an UPMART Common Law Course to first become empowered with a working knowledge of basic legal concepts and legal tools. The couse is held over a weekend and covers many topics, including common law, natural law and constitutional rights and provides you with numerous essential legal tools for you to use. The course provides you with the tools you need to defend youself against parking and speeding fines and many other problems that you are likely to encounter.
  4. On completion of the common law course, decide which initiatives you like and send in the order form to us with your payment.
  5. Thereafter walk the talk and enjoy the company of our other very special members.

At UPMART we want you to be self-sufficient at law. We do not want you to become dependent on us to solve your legal problems. We do not want you to become dependant on us to defend your inalienable human rights. Instead we want you to learn the must-know legal tools so you can do these things for yourself. Of course, we are available to assist you when needed, or to get you started, but we do not want to do the work for you.
We believe in the philosophy that teaching a man to fish for himself and family, is preferable to him getting those fish by joining into a welfare queue.
If you want to become a member of UPMART, you must be aware that upholding and exercising your rights is not always easy. Upholding your rights is a personal journey that will challenge you in many ways. Those who are successful are those who have courage of their convictions, endurance of their convictions and faith.
